Return, Exchanges & Refund Policies
Farfallina for Kids wants to ensure that you are completely satisfied and happy with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy for items that are unused and unopened. All personalized, monogrammed and custom items are non returnable (yes, we do handle special orders for anyone interested!). If any item arrived damaged or less than perfect, Farfallina for Kids is committed to finding a solution that delights you.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to get a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number assigned to your return. Farfallina for Kids will not accept any packaged returns without this number clearly marked on the label. You can also contact one of our friendly Customer Care Representatives to request a Return Number by calling 888-616-5437 between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm EST Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Please allow up to 7 business days for us to receive and process the returned item(s). Our goal is to ensure you are completely delighted but it may take some time! Please be patient and allow us to process your return or exchange as we have promised. If you have any questions about this process, please call us during normal business hours or email us anytime.
CREDITS AND REFUNDS
All returns made by a gift recipient will be issued a Farfallina for Kids credit for the purchase price of the item only (meaning, we exclude shipping and handling charges because we incur All returns made by the person who paid for the item will be issued a refund back to the payment method used to place the order for the purchase price of the item only. As much as we’d like to, any shipping surcharges, gift wrapping fees, or special order charges are Non-Refundable. We hope you understand.
Farfallina for Kids works feverishly to process, hand wrap, delicately pack and ship out your item(s) as quickly as possible. For this reason, once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order. Our flexible Customer Care Representatives will try their hardest to meet your demands, so please call us at 888-616-5437 as soon as you know that you’ve changed your mind. If we are unable to prevent the shipment from being cancelled, please see our Return Policy above for information on returning your product.
